The company has also expanded into the cross-border export business of used vehicles, adopting a differentiated product strategy for different regional markets: in the Russian market, it mainly handles used vehicles powered by internal combustion engines; in the African market, it focuses on exporting used new energy passenger vehicles and electric motorcycles.

As a pioneering region in the development of green transportation in East Africa, Rwanda follows a development path that closely aligns with China’s. Supported by China’s mature and well-developed new energy industry chain, Chinese electric vehicles offer significant advantages in technology, cost, and product performance. Based on localized operations in Rwanda, the company continues to establish end-to-end channels covering vehicle procurement, reconditioning, ocean shipping, and customs clearance. It continuously exports cost-effective used electric vehicles and electric motorcycles to countries across East Africa, contributing to the electrification of transportation in the region and supporting the development of green mobility.
